When you noticed the female colleague or client sitting across the meeting table stealing glances at you, it's either:
1) she noticed you have nice eyes. (Hey, you ARE seated)
2) she noticed you have a nice angular jawline
3) she noticed you have a nice smile
4) you have something on your face
5) there's something dangling from your nose, or
6) you are just thinking too much.
